Did a lot of thinking about what matters.

    Since Sunday -

    1) Trying to improve all aspects of health. Walking ability and distance will try more today.
    2) Started to make the home a safer environment and easier to manage.
    3) Do more "fun" things.

    Hi everybody,

    1) A consistent week of trying to manage/restore all aspects of health. Two very short walks; the second being a third longer in distance.
    2) Keep thinking of ways for these, making relevant changes and realising the potential hazards of cutting corners. Also, noticed frugal type tasks/behaviour seem to present a lot of examples.
    3) Done as many as possible due to extended time indoors; future well being/lifestyle in mind.

A new list not quite ready yet!

    From today : -

    1) Food related tasks in the kitchen seem too time consuming. Although partly fun, they are disadvantageous in other ways. Plan is to cut down this activity a very lot for the week.
    2) Garden seeds need sowing? Get these done with help if necessary.
    3) Contact the dentist.

    Hello

May I join this challenge? I've tried daily lists but put too much down to do in a day. A smaller weekly list seems much less overwhelming.

My week will be Monday to Saturday with Sunday off.
    This week
    • Find out how to cancel subscription and payment to Mindtools. Don't use it anymore so a saving of £12 per month. DONE
    • Create and follow bedtime and morning routines - being staying up late, getting up late and getting to work just on time. Need to be at work 15 mins before start incase computer won't start. Created routines. Following them is a work in progress.
    • Start a food inventory.Done
    • Read reading club book before Wednesday's meeting. Sophie Hannah's The Point of Rescue. 400 pages to go. Read 247 pages group consensus was it would be good as a TV drama, because it would be easier to identify characters on TV.
    • Tidy Hall Cupboard. Not started
    • Start doing YNAB budget. Work in progress.

    Hi everyone,

Can I re-join too? My daily lists are always over optimistic, leading to feelings of lack of achievement when they are not all done!

So, for this week (Sun to Sun):

    • Five exercise sessions (proper lycra-wearing as SarahB would say!)
    • Sort out and update diary, especially plans for summer holidays and DD's sports dates
    • Catch up with B&B admin DONE Urgent stuff, regrading to amber :)
    • Quotes from roofing companies
    • Book gas man - boiler leaking and gas safety certificate (ideally to happen after payday :) )
    • Book plumber - taps and plughole replacement
    • Sort out excess saucepans!
    • Loft clear out - 3 boxes/bags
    • Increase low fat meals - salads etc
    • [STRIKE]Ebay post parcel[/STRIKE] and list [STRIKE]5 [/STRIKE] 4 more items
    • Write to two old friends I need to thank (godmothers & MD)
    • Long walk next weekend
    • Finish outstanding CMI work (action plans etc)
    • Upload holiday photos
    • Stay on top of [STRIKE]washing and [/STRIKE]ironing of bedding (currently 2 loads behind!)
    • Set up DD's for informal loan payment
    • [STRIKE]List food in freezer and cupboard[/STRIKE] and make meal plans
    • master new airflosser for teeth
    • make hair appt for payday
    • Go to work smarter each day
I think thats it! I've tried to red and amber them as I have a habit of doing lots of medium urgency stuff and never the very urgent!
