Hello, Nightmare week! only managed 3 days of lunch, forgot one day's and the other day just could not bring myself to eat what I had brought with me.

I think I might try toast next week.

that means I have - totally put the wrong numbers in............

    8/22 should read 13/20

No idea where I got the 22 from............the 8 was last week's total.

    hope all is well XXX

    Nevertheless she persisted.

I've failed this week :( I ended up buying lunch twice....once because I'd run out of bread and couldn't face my emergency soup and another because they had closed our lunch room so we went to a local cafe. I'm going to try harder next week. Therefore I've only managed 14/22 days.

  • Beans on toast for lunch yesterday. Must decide what I plan to have next week. I'd considered making butternut squash soup, but my OH isn't around to chop the squash and I'm useless at it! Must work on upper body strength! Anyway... Yesterday takes me to LTW 15/16 with 5 days left to go this month :)

Arternooon all! Hope everyone is ok?

Dozey Crow, whenever I see your posts my brain reads Dozey Cow! I think that's what I am... :rotfl:

Yeah, with my version of clean eating caffeine and alcohol is a no no coz its chemicals and therefore not 'clean' :o
I try to cut them out for as long as possible , minimum 2 weeks to try to 'detox' but then introduce them in sparingly... Life is too short to be miserable coz you can't have a cuppa or a nice glass of Rioja

Obviously if I was doing my body damage by consuming them I'd knock it on the head and just have to see it as improving my health!

I'm off today, it will be a no spend day today and I'm eating at home but I don't want to use a LTW day as I want to use them on actually taking LTW! :)

Going to pop over to the clean eating thread now! :)

Hi All :) Updated to here! As always, yell if I have made any mistakes or missed you out on the update!

Hope you are all having a lovely Saturday? We have been bowling this morning. Gosh it was very expensive! But we haven't been for about 4 years, so it was just a 1 off :)

managed 4 out of 5 last week. Had one particularly grim day where soup just wouldn't cut it, so I bought a panini from the sandwich bar.
