Day off today - my hours got reduced at the start of the year but I got to pick Monday as my day off which isn't bad :D

Won't count as a LTW but I have leftover chicken & chorizo gratin from dinner last night which was lovely. Tomorrow I'm taking a ham sandwich to work, some popcorn (for a change, haha!) and some WW crackers with low fat cottage cheese. The crackers are more like water biscuits, but they're really tasty with some cottage cheese and four of them feels like a real snack.

Morning LTWers, after lunch today I'm on 15/20 woohoo! Did have a bit of a blip last Thursday; walked straight out of the house to work and left my lovely tuna salad and fruit in the fridge! Bought cheapest lunch I could from works canteen but it still cost me £3.20 and I didn't enjoy it.

Love reading what you all eat, some very inspirational lunches, I'm just not that organised yet but slowly, slowly...and I love the money I'm saving :)

    Take care all x

Today we have potato salad with mozzarella and leaf plus yoghurt and a banana

just worked out that, on average, I spent about £3 on lunch each day, often more. So for 16 days I have not spent £48 roughly! I know I had to buy whatever I have eaten, but its mainly been leftovers. So I think thats a pretty good saving :)

Okay so I did have to go buy a tin of soup for my dinner last night but at least thats all I bought (could have been much worse!). Nightshift survived. Only 3 more shifts this month. I can do this ;-)

Well the last week of Jan is off to a flying start.

Tomato and chickpea soup, with a cheese and ham wrap.
Carrot sticks and an apple to munch on for a snack.

Having to be a little more organised now as there are now 4 adults working full time in our house and don't want the boys!!! raiding the fridge the minute they get through the door and raiding the fridge for stuff I'd earmarked for dinners.

another hm lunch today 16/20 cheese and pickle sandwich!

I know sandwiches can be boring but i just try and vary the fillings per week basis. Sometimes i will bring leftovers in as well to change it up abit.
