  • #51 9/16 . Well that's me completed the challenge for the month. Finished my current job 2 weeks earlier than intended but thankfully starting my new job a week earlier so I'll be all set for the February challenge and will have a better idea of my goal as I should have a monthly rota. :j

Well done to everyone reaching their targets, and also well done to those who haven't. As long as you have saved money, that's what counts!

Day 11 of 12 for me today and I've got lunch with me for tomorrow already so I will pass this assignment! Black bean and lentil soup with chia and creme fraiche garnish this week.
  • Hello everyone,

I am reporting 20\21. Yesterday I had soup, hummus crackers and fruit. I did shamelessly scrounge a single chocolate digestive off a colleague though which was very much needed :D

Today's lunch was different as I was on the worlds worst training course where there were no facilities to heat soup and rank coffee. So I took a cheese, tomato and courgette relish sandwich which was lovely, a banana and a clementine.

We are going out for dinner tomorrow and I am really looking forward to it.

Thanks for the recipe LESLAMP. I will give that a go next week as I could do with trying something different next week.

I've taken in lunches everyday so far this week so up to 17/22. Even though I won't make my target, the challenge has definitely made me think twice before spending money at work on lunches or treats :) Role on next month!

Declaring at 10/12. Not as good as I'd hoped but been poorly and it was such an effort to actually get to work that I couldn't face sorting lunch too!

Hit my target today with a hummus and carrot sandwich #81 16/16!

would have done it yesterday but forgot my lunch for first time. Two days to end of the month and I should reach 18/16. Huge thanks to Want for running this challenge I've loved doing it. Well done to all the LtW gang X
