This is what we had for tea tonight and there's plenty for my lunch tomorrow. The only thing I would say with this recipe is to add more stock than the recipe calls for as otherwise it dries out.0 -
Hi Everyone,
Great to see such s variety of lunches amongst us all.. Very inspiring. Had anyone actually managed to have something different? I only ask because I am stuck on soup and salad. the only change this week is not eating bread.
Shortie - I'm glad that things were better for you today. I can totally sympathize about microwave mishaps, Eggs cooked in the microwave are lovely:)
B17c...omg... do you have to stop caffeine and alcohol for clean eating . If so your are a stronger person than I am. I will have a toddle on to the thread later and look
W2bse - thanks. I have been very good..... Up until today that is. It was my work colleagues birthday today and I had a training session this morning. I had a banana, cereal bar, slab of cake, carrot, radish and baby sweet corn. Then later... Like
Natalie - My hubby met me in town and we went to John Lewis For latte and a cheese scone. Isn't the JL loyalty card brilliant!! Well worth the money.:rotfl:
Anyway as I was busy eating naughty things today I didn't eat my soup so I have left it in the fridge for tomorrow and I have crackers, so need my chopped up veg, a banana and a cereal bar.
The upshot of all this rambling is... Reporting 15\21. Will pip overt to the clean earring thread in a mo.
Goodnight0 -
Two bagels for lunch, cream cheese on both then some ham and sundried tomatoes on one and a small amount of smoked salmon on the other. That's 13 out of 18.0

Leftover jambalaya, fruit and the ever-present popcornI got some really nice stuff in Poundland the other day, and as it works out at 25p per small bag it's a LOT cheaper than the stuff I was getting from Amazon at 65p :money:
