I've got some bagels for tomorrow and that will be the last day of my working week.

Thanks again all xx
So with renewed vigor today I have with me two eggs and sone bread and butter for a dribbly poached egg sarnie. I was undecided if it would be for breakfast or lunch but asI sit here, something tells me breakfast (as long as I don't get dragged into 2 hrs of meetings as soon as I hit my desk, like yesterday!)
So it's looking like this today...
Breakfast: poached egg sarnie
Lunch: drawer stash tinned tomato soup
How about that for comfort food?I've just got to reread the instructions on the microwave egg poacher :rotfl:
