Pea and ham soup, low cal bread and popcorn for me today. They have Metcalfs (?) skinny popcorn in Poundland - £1 for four wee snack bags which is MUCH better than the 70p a bag I pay :) I have a banana and an emergency cake bar too!

I'm also a gluten free eater... Just wondered what the AGCJ peanut butter granola is? It sounds amazing!

It is a recipe on A Girl Called Jacks website. Oats, honey, peanut butter all mixed together and baked for 15 mins. I added sultanas to mine when it was finished. You could add anything nuts, choc chips, dried fruit.

It is very, very nice and I will be making another batch when I have finshed this (which wont be long at the rate I am scoffing it):)

Whoops (but very yum) - I didn't achieve LTW in the end today despite bringing it in with me ...

The chap who sits next to me asked if I fancied going to 'the vans' for lunch and I couldn't refuse - a large, packed falafel, hummous and salad wrap for £3! I was having a hungry day today and this will hangs down stop me raiding the vending machine today (there was a real risk)

Original lunch went into the work fridge this morning so I'll have it tomorrow instead
