Ah, that's pants for you... Are there other things you can buy in for your desk/locker/drawer that can be cooked in a microwave with water or a kettle (thinking noodles, dried mash lunch pots, couscous, etc) to have to hand when you can't get into your kitchen, but the times you can get in to compile something (ever just a sarni) then you don't need to use them?April 2021 Grocery Challenge 34.29 / 2500 -
Day 4 done for me

We have the second half of our batch cooked lasagne for dinner tonight. I might ask Mr Shortie to cook an extra spud's worth of chips so that I can have a microwved chip buttie for lunch tomorrowApril 2021 Grocery Challenge 34.29 / 2500 -
Good afternoon everyone! Updates and adds have been done up to here
Day 5 for me today..and guess what i took? Betcha can't! I took falafel and salad in a pitta! :rotfl: I am really going to have to make something else for tomorrow. Maybe i'll have some tomato soup and bread roll instead0 -
Yay Day 3/20 done for me! I made a quorn pasta bake last night and took leftovers for lunch. Always tastes better second day.
Just put a fruit crumble in the oven, hoping I put enough sugar in. Really felt like doing a comfort pudding tonight.0 -
Day 3 of 21 (#66) for me today.
Had 2 small white rolls with cheese, tomato & spring onions. Also had a small tub thing of fruit - pineapple/pear/peach (in juice). Which had Dole on the label & had already had in the cupboard (bought from Asda). Decided on this instead of the usual packet of crisps. And my usual 500ml bottle of Lidl Freeway Lemonade.
And for dinner tonight. Using up some potatoes, which will end up as mash. Will have some mince/bolognese concoction (mince, tinned tomatoes, some dried chillies seeds, peas, sweetcorn), which i took out of the freezer this morning.
And will also be used for dinner tomorrow night, but with some pasta.0
