  • Hellloooooo having a good day today! Purse has stayed firmly shut. I got a refund on a dress I took back, followed by £20 of m&s vouchers for switching to a cheaper supplier. I then went round to a friends for coffee. Came home and properly created a spreadsheet (after some reading cos I don't really do spreadsheets), to budget my household bills better. School run, another friends for a cuppa and home for a freezer tea.
Has been a nice week but need to get back into work mode, ready for Friday nightshift. Just waiting now for top cash back to release £40+ for my Christmas bargain hunting I did.
Was going to gym tonight but hubbie missed the bus so still isn't home and the kids are now in bed. Need to boost my energy levels.

Evening all. Spends as had to top up bread buns for DH’s lunches – he has three bread buns a day and they sell them in packs of 12, how annoying, so they never last a full week however we work it and buying two full packs won’t stay fresh long enough and we don’t have room in the freezer for a pack. Ggrr. Anyway, no exercise either as feeling shabby. Need to sort this out next week properly and get back on it. Feeling very ashamed reading about people’s gym classes and early morning runs!

abundant- under the consumer protection (distance selling regulations) 2000 if it was a business you ordered from then you have 7 working days from the day after you received the goods to cancel your order and get a full refund as long as you did it in writing. did you send a message or anything saying you were returning them?

they can expect you to pay for the cost to return the items to them but they have to give you a full refund which includes any postage you paid to them. they cant deduct that!

so called the hospital to chase up my mri scan on my wrist and ended up getting an appointment this evening :) so no exercise today but hopefully will find out whats wrong so it can get better and i can do body pump again and it will stop hurting! :D

still no sugar and a sfd so not too bad :)

  • Evening Folks,

On SFD 8 now and was thinking I may have to buy some food tomorrow, unless I get creative with whats left in fridge and cupboard, still got some sweet potatoes, leeks, 2 sweet peppers and half an onion, maybe I could make some soup or something. Not much else been happening, hope everyone else is doing ok :)
    Total debt - £16,687.86 approx. - Paid so far - £13,156.30 - £350. a month to DMP - DFD 17/01/2019 But I WILL make it sooner!!
  • I'm seriously impressed with 7 and 8 SFD on the run, excellent.

I'm feeling kind of rubbish with a sore throat, sinuses and headache so I spent money at the pharmacy on some throat lozenges and paracetamol. Other than that I've stayed at home all day!
    Seriously money saving
