  • Just a quick pop-in to say my home bargs were putting out their Christmas wrap & decorations today!

We have just purchased our very first static caravan, on a site in Essex. We have been saving 6 years for this, so its a very happy day!Dh works away in Essex area for weeks at a time, so it will be nice for him to have a base rather than in & out of hotels, plus lots of family holidays!

I have only seen photos so far, and have to wait till October half term to see it for the first time. But dh assures me the park, pitch and van are beautiful!

I'm sorry to say I skipped over the dentist related posts (major phobia) but hugs to all of those suffering.

Omo - good to hear from you, sorry your still having a rough time x
It's not about getting what you want, It's about wanting what you get.
  • I bought the Chilly and Friends elf from Tesco last year.

There is a similar one for sale at the moment on eBay

Congrats Pinknfluffy28 on your new caravan. I hope you and your family get many years of good times and fun holidays out of it :)

Nic2075, that fudge sound delicious. Let us know if you will be selling it again as I'd be interested in a batch of the gingerbread one for the stocking I am putting together for my friend :D

The family loved the "Christmas at the ..." signs I bought from you last Christmas.

    Hi all,

Want to pick your brains... For the church christmas fair we all have to make up a basket/hamper.

I want to make some unusual but has to be cheap.

I don't want to do a pamper or food based one. I always do a kiddy one but need some ideas for the other. Anyone?

There's a current hamper thread, though it's only on the first few pages at minute.

Do you want it for adults or kids?

Hair Care (shampoo conditioner, styling products, brushes, hair accessories)

Games - puzzles, cards, dominoes, wordsearches

Car care ( car air freshner, cleaning products)

Gone shopping (magnetic shopping list, trolley token, reusable bags)

I've not looked into it properly myself but what about the mymonopoly that you customise yourself. When I get paid I am going to look at this for our Xmas board game even though selfishly I, yes I, want to get the minions one!
