Good morning
Am at work but thought I would just pop on and say Hello. I will try and post properly this evening. As you can imagine loads has happened here. Dd is at a new college. Fingers is telling everyone a Dinosaur caused his scar. My Dad is very unwell and I'm having to go there every morning before work. And I still feel sick, although not as badly as I did.
Oh and I also have a filofax. But I'll tell you about that later xxx0 -
good to see you posting omo, glad fingers is recovering well, sorry to hear about your dad and hope your sickness improves even more soon.
hope all are well

I believe this is the link? http://www.amazon.co.uk/SODIAL-Stackable-Snowman-Crayons-Pencils/dp/B00KBQEM02/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1410427925&sr=8-1&keywords=SODIAL%28R%29+4Pcs+Stackable+Snowman+Crayons+And+Pencils
I'm going to be accepting my new job offer today, scary times!! It's terrifying that it'll all be new and I won't know what I'm doing, but it'll be a new challenge, a new chance to prove myself and make something of my career, and I'll be saving about £200 in petrol a month! :j
The downside is that it'll be quite hard work I suspect, so I'll be relying on you all to keep my Christmas cheer up while I get used to it
ETA: Glad to see you again OMO, sorry things are still difficult for you, but it's good that Fingers is up and about and showing off his dinosaur scar!0 -

I also agree with the dental hospitals. Ive been going now for about a year and a half.
My bone 'disappeared' under a molar, i woke up one morning (friday) with what looked like a golf ball on my jaw. got emergency appointment at dental hospital and they gave me a shot of antibiotics, a course of antibiotics and painkillers, took xrays, went back for next appointmemt on the monday dn got said tooth pulled as it was just swimming in my gum. since that appointment we have discovered shadowing in my jaw bone, old fillings that are leaching, teeth that are just crumbling, anomolies in my nerves/roots, little tunnels etc. they are thorough and get it checks by the 'real' dentists. I've only ever had one problem from using them, which wasnt a major problem, but hasnt been rectified yet as its not top of my list. Im on my 3rd root treatment, with a possible 2 more, just to save the teeth now rather tahn lose them in a few years(i dont agree with root treatment so these have been done very rather reluctantly!) still have not paid anything. At least they are getting experience with me haha
***just need to point out, i had lovely beautiful teeth until 8 years ago when i got pregnant. i am one of the very unlucky people who lose teeth due to pregnancy, in my case, the doctors think my son was taking all my calcuim so none was getting to my teeth and bones, and this continued whilst breast feeding too. i am 4 teeth downplus the 4 wisdom teeth that grew in really strange, the bottom 2 tried to eat the molars in front and the top 2 grew to eat my cheeks. very strange.****
I have changed my diet completely and looked into how cavities can self heal, and from what i read its all down to diet. (if anyone wants a few links to read, id be happy to share, but i wont bore this page with it all lol)
I cant come on as much as i would like, i onlyget on when at work and our systems have changed and every minute is monitered nowbut i will still try and come on everynow and again

If you have a romanin relief chairty shop near you try there, they are much cheaper than the usual high st ones by £'s. I have had 3 sets over recent times and never paid more than £1- £1.50 for them. My dad uses them to solve anagrams.
Im thinking I might do jars of sweets, £land had some quite nice jars in this week. I cant decide what to put in them though its quite tough for some reason. Im thinking of maybe colour themes or something - I do like to over complicate things for myself!
What do you do with the elves? Its got lost on me :rotfl:
Arthien - good luck with the new job!
OMO hope you feel better and your dad improves -

omo good to see you sorry to her your dads not well and your still not feeling great but & glad to hear fingers is better :rotfl: at his dinosaur scar
pixtotts you have my sympathy. I have had nothing but trouble with my teeth since I got pg the 1st time and its gotten worse each time  I had 3yrs of treatment on 1 tooth including 2 root canals as it didnt hold eventually they caved in and took it out was a relief to be painfree for more than a few wks at a time.I had another out last yr as they kept fixing it and it kept breaking leaving 2 options another root canel or extraction and I wasn't putting myself through root canal again.
fluffysox cardfactory had a really cute elf last yr and they were only £2. I got my fiesta elves the same as these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Fiesta-Toys-11-Christmas-Holiday-Plush-SANTAS-SECRET-ELVES-SET-OF-2-NEW-/201139104111?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2ed4d3296f from the states off eb@y a couple of yrs ago and they are great quality but they have gotten expensive.
Alot of the supermarkets have baby events on at the moment and ocado have 1/2 price on loads of items so got me thinking I might make a weaning hamper for my youngest niece?this year do something that scares you for courage is not the absence of fear just the knowledge that some things are worth the risk0 -
