It is really easy, just be sure to sieve the icing sugar and then stir and stir and stir, otherwise it can look a bit like it's snowed on your fudge, but then again maybe that would be suitably Christmassy?
If anyone else is like me and likes to have a visual demonstration before attempting recipes, I believe this is Kirsty showing us how it's done: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QlJxHntgwo00 -

Hi reporting for duty, been rushing about like a lunatic, acheiving not a lot. Dgs started senior school andis not enjoying homework, and has his first detention today. I am a bit narked about it, as it was given because he did not bring a book to a lesson, the reason he didnt bring it, the teacher said he had to get a cover for it before end of the week, so he left it with me so l could take it to buy said cover!,, Ah well, thats life. I am enjoying the late summer weather and working in the garden, getting ready for winter. Also drowning in tomatoes, bumper crop, so giving loads away, if you are near, bring a barrow and help yourselves.
Hugs to everone cos l like hugs, now off to make (tomato based) tea for dgs and me.
Hope things settle down pk, xxxxx0 -
