  • Hi,

I think I recall someone posting a telephone number that allowed you to call Vegas for free, would someone have this please. I did a quick search but am having difficulty locating it?

    Thanks, Nat.
If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you always get so....this year I'm going to do things differently!

    I like Laughlin

It is a place we did not take to at all, I think it was the feeling of desperation in the Casino’s. It just felt like people would sit there until their entire wage was gone and then be back next week for the same. It just did not have the “happy vibe” of Vegas or Biloxi for us.
It was the same feeling a couple of years ago in the Seminole casino between Miami & Ft Lauderdale.
I want to feel happy whilst I am loosing not depressed LOL:

Hope you are right......about the 'no'. I'm glad to be out of Scotland during th final build up. We were asked about it at Montezuma Castle yesterday. I was surprised how informed the guy was. Must be news even over here. Recent polls are a bit worrying despite me not quite believing.

We are now in flagstaff. Having a great trip but very tired due to jetlag. Made it past 4am this morning which is better. Horrible driving when so tired. Grand canyon was great. Oatman, lake havasu and laughlin today.

Weather a bit poor. Thunderstorms but scattered andtiming of rain has worked well so feeling quite fortunate. Also stopped at sedona yestrrday. What a place. Loved the scenery.

    We love Sedona

while you are that way did you go to the Meteor crater, I think it is worth a visit

It will recover after the Scottish referendum which will be no.
I hope not, one of our businesses pays us in dollars so we like it when it gets high against the pound.
Until of course when we are just about to go over and need to buy some to top up.
It's called wanting your cake and eating it too
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

So you may have heard it was a little bit wet here today....! ;)

We got caught in the aftermath an hour or so later, as we tried to get back to the hotel from TI, going via. Kovel.

    Water was literally knee deep.
