Next step is popla, if you read the sticky threads on the top of this forum, particularly Coupon Mad's ones, it will explain everything you need to know. Also read the popla decision thread
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

if the manager is always browsing these forums and is aware the letter I send is a template of the same as every body else sends , wont he just reject it as he knows ive only taken it from here, or will it swing the other way and because he knows ive been looking into not paying it and found help, he will just let it go

just send it and get the POPLA code, doesnt matter what he or anyone else thinks or reads on here , just follow the advice given

try to do the things you are asked, dont put more blockers in the way

you are appealing as RK, not driver , so as above says, add name and address , email , vehicle reg number where it says (reg)

the whole point with this is to gain a POPLA code and not admit anything else at this stage

once you have that code, come back and resurrect this thread and get a draft popla appeal up for checking, which you can start on now so its ready for the next stage when the popla code comes back

They aren't going to allow your appeal, none of them ever do. But the rejection process includes sending you a verification code for POPLA which is where you will be able to get this quashed. It will be best if you let us see your POPLA appeal draft before sending it off.

You need to get yourself briefed with the way this stuff works, so please read the 'NEWBIES' sticky as suggested by Stroma - it's the best advisory thread you will find anywhere.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

mmmmmm , better check your cup as it seems its always half empty ;) lol

after checking the cup, check this too https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816165

all this proves is you arent doing the research to save you the money

there are plenty of other examples in the newbies sticky thread too, but you can start with that template letter and alter it to suit

£100 saved equates to over 15 hours at the minimum wage, so not a bad mornings work !!

Get a free proof of posting, just in case ukcps pretend they never received it, or the christmas post gets in the way.

photo the proof of postage before you leave the post office, so if you lose it, you still have a record.
