I think all ukraine airspace is closed. Maybe I'm wrong?“The ideas of debtor and creditor as to what constitutes a good time never coincide.”

Paralympics is due to start this week (Fri). I wonder if the opening ceremony will be boycotted. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? On a very personal note, am feeling really glad we didn't go for an oil tank or gasbottles ATM.
I suppose the sensible thing to do would be to start looking at pv and the hideously expensive storage of stuff generated but not used in summer if there is any .0 -

It is probably more efficient to sell any summer excess and buy it back in the winter - once you are heat pumped for heat you should be much more efficient anyway.I think....0 -
We had our new storage heaters installed this week. I didn't do anything, still ill, the electricians came in and fitted, ably assisted by DH. They still aren't beautiful but they are quite different (in terms of how they work rather than how they look). Because they are thermostatically controlled, the temperature is more even than it used to be, you find a heat level you are happy with and leave it at that. They are supposed to save 15% over conventional storage heaters, just because you don't overheat them or use unnecessary convection. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Can't imagine the Russians would run the Paralympics for any reason other than it is part of the deal so they wouldn't be too upset if it were 'overshadowed'. I also can not see the west having any strategic interest in the Ukraine to go to war.I think....0 -

Cannot sell back, what we've had to do is wire for three phase but only go two ohase...does that make sense? In anycase, there is a reason we cannot do it and the electricity company aren't prepared to budge on rewiring for that outside of where we paid to do. When they are in the future we are enables too, but we are a long way from that. Mind you, I think some people rou d the corner from us have panels. I might ask them how they use theirs......
otherwise sell back would definitely be the best solution.0 -
