You are not the only one, I am absolutely hopeless at it. Luckily (for me), a lot of these ideas came about when youngest was at primary school and he was excused from doing it.....he would freak at wearing day clothes at school, let alone dress up ones!

My heart always drops when I get a party invite which says "Fancy dress expected", I just know that my efforts will look bloody awful compared to the super duper creative one that always gets invited.

She knows about the NP but she thinks I don't qualify to post here. She is also sceptical about my claim that I am the official accountant of the Navy Seals.

Cat, looking very much like a haggis really. Fast a sleep, a couple of hours ago. The other side of her face was all mooshed when she woke up.......( because I don 't have a cute kitten photo but I think this was a cute cat one)

Fortunately never had to deal with this for children, but I also hate invitations to fancy dress parties, and have once not gone because I couldn't face it (it wasn't a party I was overly bothered about anyway).
