It looks lovely on your (I'm not quoting) DD in your photo. I'm not sure how keen Isaac would be, unless I sell it to him as a "tunic" rather than "dress". He's tall for his age, but takes after OH, and is therefore very slim. <curses the pair of them, who can eat for England and still look slender>

I've never heard of them before. No idea what that is .... is there one dedicated one per school or something? Or what?... the Senco *is* expected to make the effort to get to know these things and to provide appropriate training if necessary. That's what they're paid for. 40 years ago, schools didn't have Sencos.0 -

Depends on the school, probably, and how big it is.
