The mortgage lender will still hold name Land Registry of Scotland
I will take letter to solicitors and they will change deeds to my name

No 100 here please can you put me down for a total of £725 for December please.
Smashed my prediction of £5000 for overpayments for 2014 total will be £7810 just wondering should I round it up to £8000 by making another overpayment of £190!!
Many thanks JCL for running this so well.:beer:0 -
#150 here with my Novmber update of £500 OP.
Might as well do my update for December for £500 as well as I have the SO set up for that.
Had a bit of a wobble at the start of Nov and had to cancel the SO for the OP as wasn't sure I would have the money, but then got an unexpected bonus from work, so have made the £500 OP for November, even though it was a bit late....phew!What goes around comes around.....I hope!0 -

Went AWOL again.
Over the last 3 months we've had a new drive way and new bathroom done. Bathroom involved a complete gutting, and everything being moved round. Our ISAs took a bit of a bashing, but we've both got 6 months take home stashed in them which we're happy with for now.
Spent some time this week reassessing finances, getting back to grips with our money again and today I rang up and made a £1000 overpayment - the first in addition to our DD since May.
We are now on a mortgage finish date of March 2039 so we've knocked almost 3 years off the end date during 2014, with the standard overpayment going out on Monday. I really hope I can get together a bit extra for another December overpayment and I'm hoping that in 2015 I can be a bit more consistent and focused with finances.
So Number 24:
September: 642.54
October: 642.54
November: 1642.54
