MSE should tell them to "Foreign Office" then, data protection , call it what you will , its not their job to hand over member details !!0

Do IPC members have access to the DVLA records as well?0

Yes they do already, even though the IPC appeals procedures are still under discussion.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

They will be pizzed off with you.
Everyone thinking of employing them to do the range of services they offer is searching google and finding out they are mixed up with the scam of fake parking tickets.
Not the sort of company you would trust is it ?Be happy...;)0 -
I feel a bit aggrieved that Gladstones haven't asked MSE for my personal details yet especially due to the reporting of them I've done ......!!
Stroma which thead was your comment deleted?
If Gladstones are viewing this thread can you please explain:
Why a number of your companies on your approved operators list are engaged in security work yet do NOT have a licence from the SIA?
How come one of your members went into liquidation prior to joining?
Why you don't divulge the link between Gladstones and IPC directors - breaching the principles of SRA membership?
Why you charge your members and inspection/audit fee for signage when Gladstones supposedly assist in the wording.
Why you ask your members to indemnify the IPC under the code when your members use Gladstones discount rate to set up their business/signs?
Do feel free to log on and create a user name to answer these - as I would give anyone the right to reply!0 -

It was this one when I said that IPC is is not independent , they have connections to gladstone, which has done the legal side of things with them.
I am not 100% sure on this, but don't they send out letters for the ticketers as well ? And as a parking company is in the same address, there could be a conflict of interest with the so called independent appeals.
If we cannot discuss obvious links, and call into question their activities, then we are on a slippery slope! The facts are the facts, this is in the public domain, this is a public interest website. We shouldn't have to feel intimidated by companies who think they can bully people.
And finally, as this company were not even named, as I couldn't remember who they were, its a bit much that they feel slighted over this, unless someone went into the same research I just did, they wouldn't have known who I was talking about! When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

I was pretty annoyed when the forum team decided to delete publicly available addresses via company check on lainee's thread so either The Range or Parking Eye reported it there.0 -
Notice no web address for them yet. Tried to open their website via the BPA AOS listing - 'unable to open as the server is not working'.
Still listed on BPA AOS - dual membership or just a BPA delay in purging their details? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
