Would be interesting to know why you decided to jump ship from the BPA? No need to be shy about that.:)

Oh, and by the way, do you really think you can beat us?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The "right direction" would be for all the private parking companies to disappear up their own backsides. Or at least get into the business of "managing" car parks, and not having their business model based on extracting large sums of money for minor infringements.

    gladstone ssolicitors,

I know you are monitoring this, after your complaint to mse! I will not bow to bullies because you don't like what has been said. Sorry but I do not want to talk to you, as there is nothing to say! Your complaint has had the post removed, be satisfied with that! Getting my contact details will not aid you at all.

    Goodbye!

By the way Independent Parking Committee, who gave you permission to drop the Ltd from your name? Aren't you contravening some of the companies act by omitting the fact that you are a limited company? Think I will be doing some research on this and make complaints.

I mean who the hell do you think you are, the BPA?

Private Parking ticket? check the 2 sticky threads by coupon-mad and crabman in the Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking Board forum for the latest advice or maybe try pepipoo or C.A.G. or legal beagles forums if you need legal advice as well because this parking forum is not about debt collectors or legal matters per se

You're in good company - Combined Parking Services asked for my details from MSE !!!! Strange, because I would happily have given then via a PM if they'd bothered to ask nicely :D
