I think it's recommended by the NHS that 2 year olds get 12 hours sleep a night so depending in when they get up links to when they should go to bed.
7:30pm seems a sensible time for a 2 year old to go to bed unless you have the sort of lifestyle that let's the kids sleep in.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
I thought they already did
thats what you stated earlier didnt you?
3pm isnt it,or is it
So if the stated they deliver to 9pm,what would you do?
If I was expecting a parcel, I'd get up when I heard a van come down the road and if it was RM, get to the door first.
And no, they don't, they state a time which is nowhere near what they stick to, so obviously they're not advertising times correctly.0 -

Well, as has been said, it's recommended that 2 year olds get around 13 hours, and 3 year olds around 12 hours.
As such, my 2 year old goes to bed at 6 and my 3 year old goes up at 7.
Neither will nap during the day and they'd ace to be up to get ready for the school run etc. between 6:30 and 7am, so I put them to bed at the time necessary for them to get the required amount of sleep.
Maybe that's just me being a normal, decent parent though. Never have been a fan of letting kids run around until all hours and then look/act/feel like zombies the next day0
