In which case, RM should make it clear which hours they will deliver between.

And so speaks another person with no idea about the real world. Its Xmas, they are busy. Would you suggest they clock off at 3.30 and sod what's not been delivered?

I think it's recommended by the NHS that 2 year olds get 12 hours sleep a night so depending in when they get up links to when they should go to bed.

7:30pm seems a sensible time for a 2 year old to go to bed unless you have the sort of lifestyle that let's the kids sleep in.

    I thought they already did
thats what you stated earlier didnt you?
    3pm isnt it,or is it

So if the stated they deliver to 9pm,what would you do?

If I was expecting a parcel, I'd get up when I heard a van come down the road and if it was RM, get to the door first.

And no, they don't, they state a time which is nowhere near what they stick to, so obviously they're not advertising times correctly.

Well, as has been said, it's recommended that 2 year olds get around 13 hours, and 3 year olds around 12 hours.
As such, my 2 year old goes to bed at 6 and my 3 year old goes up at 7.
Neither will nap during the day and they'd ace to be up to get ready for the school run etc. between 6:30 and 7am, so I put them to bed at the time necessary for them to get the required amount of sleep.

Maybe that's just me being a normal, decent parent though. Never have been a fan of letting kids run around until all hours and then look/act/feel like zombies the next day

According to the website they aim to deliver by 3pm in urban areas and 4pm in rural areas.
