You've posted their financial circumstances online - you are talking about a particular couple!!!
Perhaps a general question would have been better for what you wanted then? Somet like:
On what terms can people be given a council house and can they be evicted if their circumstances change?

I may be wrong here but if that's your photo, it wouldn't take a rocket scientist to work it out if they know you. You could be 'talking' to anyone on here - even their next door neighbour perhaps?0 -

I may be wrong here but if that's your photo, it wouldn't take a rocket scientist to work it out if they know you. You could be 'talking' to anyone on here - even their next door neighbour perhaps?
