  • Well I opened my sealed tin to see if I had one of the kew garden 50p, sad to say I didn't have one in there. I bagged what I could and I have £133 to bank, I put the rest back into another sealed tin and once I've banked the £133 I'm going to cut up my debit card so I can't touch it. I'm really pleased with what I've got already and I think I'm well on target for £500 for Christmas
  • Slinks in with head bowed in shame. Awaiting a stern telling off from Sue.
Glad to hear Sparky is back and on the mend.

Was wondering if I can count some money I have banked. Put £100 left over from the month into an account rather than having lots of notes in the pot. If that is ok with Sue I will adjust my signature.

Not had much change in my purse but have been potting bits of coinage too.

Have potted a £1 today. I have been popping on but not posting. Glad to hear poorly people and kids are feeling better. Had a nasty dose of the Norovirus the week before last. Was off work for 2 days, went in for the last half day on the Fri but felt rough. We had half term last week and I didn't feel 100% until the Monday. Is a nasty, horrible bug and feel for the littlies who get it.

Have a lovely rest of the day everyone. xxx

    I've been Money Tipped!
Afternoon all and what a glorious day up here. Son says it's even better in London!!

    Potted 3 x £1 coins and a single 50p coin (normal one and not extra-valuable one!!) = £3.50 potted.

    Out with the washing soon.

Don't forget to add the banked amount to your signature redbooties 'cos it really helps sparky in counting it all up on his abacus :D

I just popped in to say 40p popped into my pot and it makes a loverley sound now!

£1.69 for my pot today, everyone seems to be doing great at this, hope we can all keep it up!
    I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!
  • Another clearout at home = £7 found at the back of one of my drawers. Think the coins must have been there for some time, as they were all a little on the tarnised side :o
