Had a little sort out of my bedside table yesterday ie binned all the receipts that accumulate there. In the process found £4 + few coppers so reckoned that they deserved to go into the pot as they'd already waited ages for me to spend them. So I dropped them in to play with their mates in the dark for a little while
A special little hi to Sue  and a welcome back to Sparky :T

Lynne, keep fresh fruit, carrots, celery sticks at the ready for munchies times, or keep drinking water so it fills you more. If all else fails clear off out for a walk or run up and down stairs! Well done however far through you are.......
......you too, Saver88!! Are you and DH still on the smober wagon??Sue x
Anyone wishing to join, please just ask, you're more than welcome, it's NEVER too late. There may be a lot of us, but don't be shy, we're a lovely lot, so come on in.
I was only joking Sue-UU as I seldom eat cake, but thanks for the advice. DH laughed at my planning but I have a tub with my NR stuff and mints, gums, seeds and nuts next to where I sit. Still just 2 cigs each evening but that's 2 weeks today :jsparky0107 wrote: »Afternoon everyone

Ha ha, well I try.
She then suggested that instead of putting change in my lovely sealed pot we should put it in a jam jar for Links...I nearly passed out!!:D However she melted me when she said, "Helping other people and saving their lives is more important than money for Christmas!"
Aww she's a good'en, I might share some of my change with her little jam jar but I don't want my pot to get too hungry!
Aw she's priceless, isn't she! :rotfl::rotfl:But she does have a point! What a lovely childSealed Pot Challenge #012

Hi all.
Just thought I'd drop a line as its been quite a while since I posted!I've struggled with cold and then had a wet and windy week in Scotland last week. Home and fully recovered, with a new determination to keep potting!!
I have been potting bits and pieces, and have just raided my purse to add another £3.03 for today.
Going to take granny out for her 88th birthday so I might get some change from that today.
pot is growing heavier each day!! Looking forward to November already. :jsealed pot member 100. Saving for a dream holiday for 6!!
