Thank you for your kind welcomes, much appreciated!
I think I'm really getting into the swing of this, I've hit the dizzy heights of 18p!!!
At this rate I might have £5 by November ha ha!0 -
Evening everyone.
I've been busy potting bits and bobs all week. I want a mahoosive surprise in November, but anything will be a bonus to be honest.
Car tax and mot due next month so I've been stocking up cos I really don't know if or how I'm going to manage. I'll stick with the regular threads for ideas though.
Have a great evening everyone

Popped on to see what everyone was up to and it encouraged me to have a wallet rummage. Found 18p change from shopping today so potted it.
Had fun goofing around Sainsbugs today with DD. She was being the mum and I was being the child....it was really funny and had her in stitches at times. Definitely made some fun memories!!Saving for Disney again, oops why book one Disney holiday when you can book two!:starmod: Emergency Fund Savings - #148 - £10/£1000 1% :starmod::xmastree:#083 SPC6 £63 - SPC7 £90 - SPC8 £63 - SPC9 £54 - SPC10 £26 - SPC12 £70 :xmastree:0 -

Another £5 in the pot from another FB sale :j :j
Oooo Mossy, that sounds like the kind of thing I do :rotfl: I always wanted one of mine to have a tantrum in the supermarket just so I could mimic the advert that used to be on tv, throw myself on the floor and have a massive paddy infront of them. . . unfortunately neither of them ever obliged, I think even as toddlers they knew not to mess with me :rotfl:

Hi everyone, I haven't been on much but have been potting whenever I can - although it is always small, never above a 50p.
Was feeling a bit disheartened with my little pot the other day, I then realised it was only 1 month since I started and that it was feeling quite heavy. Considering the terrible month (money wise) I'd had, I felt that any money in the pot was a bonus and that when it comes to opening day, every little will help!
I do hope I can put a few bigger coins in over the next few months and I would definitely appreciate some roadkill - I'm not having any luck with finding anything at the moment.SPC # 348 2014-£169.07/2015 - £156.89

I've almost filled my tin up but I'm going to open it just to check if I've got one of the rare 50pences in it. I'm not sure if I should count it all up and put it in a separate bank account just so that at the end of the year I won't have a sackful of coins to carry to the bank. If I do bank it I think I'll have to cut up my debit card so I'm not tempted to "borrow" it and not put it back0

35p potted this morning. Went for a run and needed a drink, so popped into the garage on the way. It was cheaper to get a small bottle of milk than it was water.
Wish someone could explain that. I am still recovering from having to pay nearly £2 for a bottle of water at the airport :eek:DD and I have been making chocolate and vanilla gluten free muffins today and have just finished icing and decorating them with marshmallows and chocolate sprinklesthey do look good
PLEASE can you send me a couple - this not smoking is giving me the munchies :rotfl:redbooties wrote: »I've almost filled my tin up but I'm going to open it just to check if I've got one of the rare 50pences in it.
