Have you seen about the Kew Garden 50p coin. Supposed to be the rarest coin in Britain, worth about £120. Keep your eyes peeled for one.
I'm really hoping that I didn't bank one last week when I deposited all my savings so far
I'm going to be keeping a careful eye on my change from now on!
I remember when, a couple of years ago, there was a 20p which was minted without a date. I sold one on Ebay for over £80Sadly, Mr Mooo was an eejit and had used the other one I had sitting on a shelf for his bus fare. :rotfl:

Potted £2.10 today change from shopping. VERY pleased to say my little niece was born on Wednesday morning weighing 2lbs 12oz. She'll be in hospital for a while but I'm not allowed to visit and as my sister should be home within the next few days I won't be spending pennies on hospital parking at least! Although I fear I may not be saving as much as baby might need a few gifts from auntie hehe!# 072 'Save 12K in 2015' - £345 / £3000

Good to hear you're well, little_sweetie, I'm hoping the little ones are too.
Thank you, dear Sue, I just spoke to DD and the family are fine. Hope you and T are well and enjoying a nice bit of sun today like we have here. Doesn't it make you feel better ?
I did the last bits of food shopping for the weekend today. I would have had 80p to pot but decided to buy some bread mix and have a go at the weekend when DH is at work. Therefore only a few coppers left, which I have duly potted. If my breadmaking fails I can feed it to the ducks and DH will be no wiser :lipsrseal :rotfl::rotfl:
BTW GOOD LUCK MOSSY!Sealed Pot Challenge #012

Congrats skyblueshez, being an auntie is great. I am an only aunt for 2 of my 6 nieces and nephews. The ones that have another aunt do not see the other one as she lives abroad. You can spoil them, fill em up with sugar and E numbers and then take them home before they start to get hyperactive!! (Only joking
) They all know where to come when they want something, the younger ones phone me for new Lego or new trainers, the older ones phone me to ask for help with their car insurance lol I wouldn't have it any other way though.
It's been a lovely day here in London. Cold, but bright and sunny.
I potted £3.71 and still the stupid pot isn't full!!!
Have a great weekend everyone

PLEASE NOTE everyone: It's time to change your numbers! You'll see there are LOADS less names and numbers now, but it's useless having folk on the list that no longer save with us. However, if old members return then you'll be made very welcome and can still have your name added and be given a new number.
Please change numbers ASAP folks.
I keep potting and reading this thread, just don't like posting much.. :eek:0 -

I think its only if someone hasn't declared their totals for over a year. At least that's what I think it means. I'm sure it's not about how many post you make !!
We all love to hear from everyone but realistically not everyone can post regularly
