Thanks SUE for your kind words. Unfortuantly hit a road bump last night, sooo dissapointed with myself but I'm gonna brush myself off and start again. I WILL do it no matter how long it takes.

Went shopping today and the lovely sales assistant had no notes left, too which I squealed in delight. When she handed me over £16 in change I proceeded to tell her my pot would be well fed tonight. Well I think she though I'd lost my marbles :rotfl: but my pot is indeed no longer hungry today :rotfl:

As this is my first spc I could not resist having a count up to see how I was doing. Im amazed that since beginning of Jan I have saved £18.20 in loose change and the odd couple of quid. Glad I had a count up as it has encouraged me to do even better in February, thanks everyone for motivation. Ps I have still to find roadkill lol...

That's great, its a good few tins of sweets for Christmas already paid for. Not suggesting that you would or should spend it on sweets (I would!! ) but that's how I look at saving, I have already got enough for something and if I save some more, I will have enough for something else too :D

  • Had nothing to pot over the last few days, but on the plus side this is because I haven't spent anything. Going to raid the car change tomorrow and pot that.

£40 that I was owed I finally got it today and cos I haven't missed it and could manage without it (swell I will certainly have to now!) I have potted it straight again! That's given my percentage a good boost! :-)
