Hi guys I was wondering if anyone uses the envelope technique ? I've been working out wages over the next couple of weeks etc and this is what I have come up with.
Next weeks wages : £136.38 left over after bills, fuel and food etc
    Week 2 : £140.62
    Week 3 : £132.45
    and week 4 : £111.99
this £521.44 that will be left but I'm not sure where it goes?? Does anyone have any suggestions ? I've seen people using the envlopes where you put £100 in a week then what is left over you save/keep, not sure how my bf would think about this but I would love to try.
£3 potted on Friday bringing my total to £130 x

Good luck Nell with your treatment, my father had radio and chemo last year and he lost so much weight from it he could only manage soups and smoothies. Try getting some frozen berries and fruits in then you can grab a quick smoothie if u don't feel well enough for full meals, it will also give you that much needed energy to keep you going through this rough time xx All the best and fingers crossed x

Morning all and welcome to February. Great start to the month weather-wise here.
The shortest month, so an extra 10% potting needed to average out. lol

Potted 5 x £1 coins to start the month.

Have a great weekend, hope your weather is as kind as mine.

Not been able to pot very much over the last month and doubt I'm going to be doing much in February either.

Poor car needed all new tyres, and I've got everything due to expire shortly (MOT, insurance, tax etc), so Januarys pay has almost all gone and Februarys may be the same. Completely forgot about it all being due :(

Although I did find a £2 coin under the cupboards last night, so that's gone in.
