kinda... 5ft 2ins with hair down my back?? is that close enough??
Today was a spend day sadly... but it was a necessity. I have an awful cold and the cough is one of those hacking evil coughs so I have bought some cough mixture from the chemist. *waits for sympathy*
Working tonight and tomorrow night but I get to enjoy xmas day with my parents and my granny which is always good.
Hope everyone has a fantastically brilliantly amazing Christmas!! Hugs to everyone!!

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww STEWBY you POOR THING!!! Have some Christmas chocolate...:xmassign:“Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent".0

Stewby have my sympathy, had a bad chest last 2 weeks after standing in graveyard yday, in that rain and wind watching my brother in law get buried, feel awful. Was like a scene from a film, black sky, middle of the country on a hilltop.
Staying in next few days now.
Sfd yday8/15.
Today got extra milk in and bought lottery ticket for tonight and tomorrow, not something I usually do. Reckon my luck may change at some point.
Thanks loveadove glad yr brighter

Merry Christmas everyone! :santa2:
A quick note to report a further 3 SFD's although today has been a spendy one but only £4 on food and £8 on pyjama bottoms in the Te$co sale. I thought the purchase of soft, cosy brushed cotton pj's would encourage more bed days and subsequent SFD's so this is technically an investment
You'll never guess what day it was yesterday Kat?!!It was Pay Day!! :j Which meant I could make that long awaited phonecall to the bank to pay the remaining £778 of the loan. Its been a long old road but Im so happy to have gotten rid of what was agreed as a 5 year repayment plan in 20 months plus to have reached the 'Debt free at Forty' target with 11 months to spare :rotfl:. I am currently £140 overdrawn and predicting I will be about £700 overdrawn by next payday if I stick to budgets and buy a new 'sub £250' TV in the January sales as a treat. The overdraft will then be paid on my next payday, which happens to be in 35 days time
I hope you are all keeping warm and well and not getting too stressed out with Christmas! Dose yourself up Stewby and hope you get better soon
I'm off to bed byes now for a few hours sleep before starting a night shift tonight..
Merry Christmas one and all :xmastree:Ninja Saving Turtle

aw... thanks for the sympathy kerfuffle, calling14 and PheoniX. And thank you for the excuse to eat chocolate NSK. (as if I need an excuse).
Calling14, I am so sorry about your brother-in-law. As with everything, whenever I feel sorry for myself, someone comes along who makes me realise that I am actually very lucky and should be grateful for what I do have. It makes me quite embarrassed.
Venos hasn't worked so I am away to dose up on some vitamin c. It's just the cough that is annoying me. Not a good thing to have on a nightshift.
Hope everyone has a good Christmas... I am away to snuggle up with some hot water bottles.

I'm actually too embarrassed to come back to this thread this month after todays splurge! Have a stinking cold and have cheered myself up by some armchair shopping! It will more than likely go back in the New Year mind, especially if I become anymore round!!
I did however stick to my food budget and did really well on bringing food to work instead of canteen spends, so at least progress was made!
Just wanted to wish everyone a Merry Xmas x0
