Hi happybunny, of course you can. Welcome aboard! I am in bed typing this on my phone, so i will add you to the list in the morning.

My LTW tomorrow is a ham salad sandwich with BBQ sauce. And snacks will be fruit and cheese straws. Also taking my litre of water.

I took the rendang sauce thing to work today. I have one more serving of it and the caldo verde and that will take me through to the end of the week. :)

I have my bircher breakfast with me and for lunch is leftovers of honey, soy and chilli pork with rice

I think tomorrow I'll bring my 9p ready mixed porridge for breakfast. We have curry for dinner tonight so hoping there might be some leftovers for lunch tomorrow!

Spicy butternut soup (again) for me. And on Thursday... and on Friday :)
But I am doing well on the calorie front also, so my lunches might be boring but hopefully I'm losing a teensy weensy amount of weight too :)

Hi everyone, newbie to this challenge and happy to announce I'm on my second day of taking lunch to work :) Been easy so far as it's only salad, ham and yoghurt. All stuff I've in the fridge and needs using. Tomorrow I might strike out and have tuna salad with a couple of wraps! You're all very inspiring and I've a wee list of goodies to get for my drawer for 'just in case it snows and I can't get out' days.

Well done, Jellybaby. Nothhing wrong with the humble salad, ham and yoghurt!
Tuna salad sounds nice :) I am not sure what i am having tomorrow. I'd like to make some lunchsize sausage rolls, but i dont have all of the ingredients so that'll have to wait till next week.
Any idea how long they can be kept in a container?

Maybe some pitta bread for me, with avocado salsa and prawns..yummy!
