Hi everyone - hummus and crackers today, with a few leaves and boiled potatoes left over from last night's salad - and an Advent calendar chocolate with my coffee. Advent calendar a present from my lovely boss, free coffee from work machine. Forgot to bring any fruit :(
Unfortunately I've been diagnosed as having brain cancer and am currently undergoing treatment. More details as I get them...

    Morning everyone x

Bircher breakfast made last night and left over roasties for lunch with me. Not the most exciting of lunche s but I love roasties and they were spare :)

Is it really Monday already again?

Hi Shortie. Have you decided on a number to aim for?

Thanks, DC. It's the only lunch that i dont ever get fed up with if i have everyday for the whole week :D I sometimes add a dollop of sweet chilli sauce too...drool!
It can be a bit messy to eat while driving, but easier if i can pull over for 10 mins to eat.

It sounds great.. Will have to try it soon. I ended up with hm veg soup, pear, satsuma and a small slither of sausage bake... Lovely. I went for coffee at lunchtime and really, really fancied a cake.... Managed to resist but it was very difficult!

I have defrosted some broccoli soup for tomorrow with a bread roll, satsumas and hummus and crackers for my snack (better than crisps or chocolate).

Oh and I need to up my days on the thread... we were hit with some big vets bills last month which we put on credit card so we have to pay it this month :-( pets... Who would have them?!

Your lunches are sounding very healthy :) I have 13lbs to lose, so am trying to take fruit with me as well as plenty of water.
i understand the vet bills. I have a cat and she has been the cause of a few bills herself! Hope your pet is ok.
Well done, will update you now :) If you need to increase the days you are aiming for, just let me know and i'll change it on the list :)
