Mmmmm..., my husband favourite .. he would love on egg sandwiches given the choice! I like them to but sliced egg and tomato is my preferred one. My ultimate sandwich is cheese and salad though.
I need to lose weight too w2bse and realize that I have been eating too many biscuits, crisps and chocolate at work so yesterday's lunch may sound healthy but up to now they really haven't been great!!Yay! Managed to make a BIG pot of spicy butternut squash soup! That's me sorted for the rest of the week
Well done everyone, your lunches all sound way better than mine but I am determined to have a lean 3 weeks before the Xmas splurge. Still got a few kilos left to lose.
Soup is great for this time of year and I have noticed that if I have a hot lunch then I dont my eat so much!!!I love butternut squash soup. Today and tomorrow I have broccoli soup which isn't my favorite but it needs eating :-(. After that we will make leek and potato. I think your lunches sound fine.

Will see how I go in work - I was ill yesterday in work (actually, I passed out at one point for a few seconds). I woke up today with a funny headache and have atartes to feel light headed on the train again nowI'll munch a Go Ahead that I grabbed from my desk last night before I left but am hoping eating will help (? I don't feel hungry, haven't been skipping meals... I don't think this is food related?)[/QUOTE]
Sorry to read about this Shortie... hope you feel better soon. Maybe you need done down time and have a bit of a rest. Take care.
Yes I think I will up my days to 14. Our rabbit is now fine thank you, she almost died though which was awful but she is in full fettle now and eating like she had been starved all of her life!!! The back balance will take longer to recover I think!! :rotfl: oh well.
Tomorrow is soup and a bit of bread a few Chrismassy nibbly things and two Clementine's. Should be nice I think.

I just noticed this thread and it reminded me of when I was a student about 10 years ago there was nowhere to go to eat your own lunch, it was their way of forcing everyone to buy in the canteens.
Now I'm a mature student and I go out and eat my lunch in the car.0 -
OMG...we are in this weeks email!!!
