Not sure where they are now, but I ordered a fan which I had to return as faulty. Took weeks to get refund & only then on threat of legal action. NEVER got my postage refund, as promised by "John". NOW done my research to find that he's director of several failed companies c/o name of Stephen 'John' RAINE found out on companycheck...He also has a 'team', including Julie, Shirley & Sharon, who all write their emails in exactly the same way...???also 'John'...He clearly has no self respect or morals when it comes to running a business, & as far as i can see is just a conman :mad:0

Never deal with VacuSpares!
They take your money and do not deliver.
An order confirmation email I received stated “We only take payment if we have stock to fulfill your order”. It just so happens that all items are in stock, always.
Free UK delivery was promised "within 5 days", but nearly 2 months of no delivery passed before I got my money back.
Their website stated "We have a call centre available every weekday" but the phone number provided was just a disconnected landline number.
Email correspondence from 'The Team at VacuSpares' is initially reassuring about orders being processed, but eventually VacuSpares will stop responding (especially to requests for refunds) in the hope that you will give up and walk away.
The truth & getting your money back:
VacuSpares is a one-man show, run by Stephen (‘Steve’) Raine in Cantebury. He runs similar companies that boast top customer service and supply facilities, such as 123 Rentals Ltd. The call centre at the end of 123 Rentals’ main helpline happens to be none other than Steve himself, and I’m sure he’ll be happy to resolve any outstanding orders...
Stephen has confirmed to me that, as of Oct 6th 2014, VacuSpares, is still trading.
Here’s his number: 01622 710304

Steve Raine and Vacuspares (possibly associated Companies) are currently being investigated by the authorities. There is now no doubt that in the last 12months at least he has been operating fraudulently so hopefully he will get his come uppance and have his day in Court.
Vacuspares have vacated their premises in Sittingbourne and the website is not in operation and the telephone numbers are not working so he must be still trading from his home which also suggests he doesn't have the stock he claims or claimed on his website.
Any partners involved with this fraud are being complicit so are liable for investigation into their part in the activities of the business.
Even though you may get your money back through your Credit Card provider you may still have to pursue Vacuspares through the Small Claims a Court even if at the end no monies are paid. The more CCJ's issued the greater chance of him never trading again.0
