Well done to little miss PG

Hope you get some success from your letter Piq and that it persuades dear Mrs PG to get her letter sent

The bird poop posts have made me giggle

I went to a first date once and on the way a bird pooped on my head. I had to try to wash it out in the horrid public toilets before I met him

Yes I agree a bit of honesty about the fact that not everyone is rolling in it would not go amiss. Saying you have had a 25% pay cut compared to what you were getting in 2000 say certainly puts it into perspective

Hope Mr PG gets some time off soon..

  • Still using the Sleep Cycle App,

Have you heard of ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridan Response) aka sleep whisperers? You should check them out on YouTube. What they do sounds a little bizarre. They use whispering, tapping, scratching and sounds to create a pleasurable tingling that begins in the head. They seem to send you to sleep by distracting your mind away from all those thoughts that go round and round in your head when you're trying to sleep.

Also if you can get the back payments of endowment you have lost through bad advice it will ensure you keep your home at the end of all this.

Thanks for this Mrs F . Sounds a bit weird though , have you tried it out ? I will take a look . I remember looking at videos of SingingTibetan Bowls or somethign which I think DFW recommended !

I don't actually have trouble falling asleep, its staying asleep that's the problem.......but saying that, since I have been using this Sleep App I have been sleeping better. Think maybe its a subconscious thing, I don't want to mess up the graphs and bar charts by getting up int he night ! Last night it said I had sleep quality of 92% which is pretty good, but I was absolutely exhausted x
