Shelski, I must admit that I had forgotten that you were a teacher. I hope that the school is being supportive . I will be keeping everything crossed that somewhere down the line you will be able to get back to work, but as we all know your health is far more important than the money. You are very brave xxx

Right Mrs PG I'm going to put the money where the mouth is, so to speak!

I was clearing some paperwork and found quite a bit regarding my old endowment on the mortgage. I too was ill-advised so I have this morning written a letter detailing my concerns and asking for a refund of varying amounts. I will keep you posted in the hope that it incentives you to consider doing the same.

Great Aunt Piq is an absolute darling !!

I know I need to do it ! Keep me posted, I may borrow your letter. You have actually jogged my memory in that many many many moons ago, I did actually make some sort of compaint over another mis sold endowment policy and I did get compensation. It was that long ago I cant remember the whole story behind it or how much we got . I wonder if I still have the paperwork, it would have moved with us on a few occasions though so it could be lost in the ether.

Work is much quieter today, I am currently completing my CPP Form.

She has text me to say that the singing went really really well. She has a different song for tomorrows Year Group I believe. She followed that up by informing me that a seagull had pooped in her hair , I have told her Seagull Poo is good for hair and it will make it shiny so she will be all Glam N Glossy ready for tomorrows performance !! :rotfl:

I'll keep you updated. Like your situation it is a very bad case of advice, I think they will find it hard to wiggle out from.
