Your dd sounds resilient enough to be able to deal with emotion. When I was growing up, my parents never rowed or showed emotion in front of the children. Can you imagine how much more of a failure it made me feel when I couldn't contain myself as an adult? At least you're showing her that it's not always right to keep things bottled up. Also, you were probably a safer driver for having gotten some of it out of your system.Mortgage at 01.01.14 £119,481.83:eek: today £0 Emergency fund £5.5/5.5k & £200/200 cash.:jWeight 24/02/19 14st 7lb now 12st determined to stop defining myself by my mistakes. So sorry you have a had a rubbish week, I'm sure your DD is fine and she is old enough to understand what is going on and why you are upset.
FOr my own sanity and health I had to cut ties with my mum, I swear I would have had a breakdown otherwise, I also wanted my children to have positive people around them, I didn't want them growing feeling that they weren't good enough.
Please remember you are a fantastic mum and wife, you have 2 amazing girls and a wonderful husband, no one else matters and it is jealousy and bitterness that makes people say the cruel things they do, I now look at those sorts of people that were around me and acted that way and feel sorry for them (and you will too one day) because they are miserable in there own skin and will never be happy or be able to be happy for other people and so they take this out on others, what a sad way to live.
Gosh sorry I've rambled on again havn't I and I hope it make sense as I currently have DS sat next to me trying to explain minecraft and I'm trying to act as though I'm interested :rotfl: ( bad mother:D).0 -
Just read all of your posts above, I will answer you all later. Thankyou for being so understanding as always ! We have just realised that we have forgotten to buy DD2 school shoes so need to rush out. we had super glued the last pair together to make them last the last two weeks before the end of term as I didn't have time to take her shoe shopping !! They really need to be replaced by tomorrow .
I don't want you all to think I am a miserable old boot only posting the horrible things on here, so I will be back later hopefully more jolly !
On the money front I have today made another payment of £150 to THEM which means our £500 minimum payment for February has been made. I would have liked to have paid some more this month, but that's not going to happen, DD1s birthday next week , so I need to buy a few pressies for her and she is more important than they are !!LBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

The cold is still lingering Mrs F. I have not stopped this past week, and am absolutely exhausted. Thats not helping with shifting the cold. I need to have had a chance to curl up on the sofa under a blanket with a good book and chill, but sadly its not been an option this week. Been needed elsewhere every day and evening so that could be why its still lingering, but it is a pretty nasty one. DD1 still hasn't shifted hers which she caught before me.
I really hope your dad is feeling better. So sorry to hear he has been poorly. Are you still managing to Skype him each week ? I'm sure you have probably mentioned it on your diary, I just havent had a chance to read anyone's this last week. I will keep everything crossed for him that he is on the mend xx
Sorry to hear your cold is hanging around. I think perhaps your body is telling you to slow down but I understand how difficult that can be. Imagine if you had taken on a part-time job as well.
My dad is feeling much better, thanks. We're still Skyping every week which is great. Although he has an appointment at the hospital for another issue he seems to be on the mend.Diary: Conquering Debts Once and For All

I am still considering it, but with the way work is at the moment & Mr PG barely around , I honestly don't know how it would work. Just trying to hold everything together just now, there doesn't seem to be time for anything else.
Lovely to hear your dad is on the mend. Its great that you can Skype him, it must make the distance a little easier xxLBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !
