I got another Tesco Moto G from the store couple days ago and it unlocked without issue using the ebay seller SMGreen1969 and many many others have used this seller for unlocking their Tesco Moto G phone. The store staff will obviously not want to suggest it's easy to unlock as it is being sold as a Tesco mobile pay as you go phone and clearly Tesco are selling at a reduced cost on the basis they'll make up the money selling PAYG airtime.

They'll need to put the prices up to recoup some of the subsidy lost by everyone unlocking the phones and using them on other networks LOL
