    Tomorrow I hope to do:
    - school run - ha ha not optional! :T
    - make fairy cakes for party :T need icing
    - make big bday cake :T needs icing too and decorationg with FROZEN cake toppers - must get colour right!
    - make cheese scones :T Done by 7am - go me!
    -'sweep floor
    - whites wash :T
    - wash up :T Done before baking, so more still to do...
    - finish clearing table
    - put hair on dd's dolly

The party bags are filled and named. The floor is three quarters swept, but it's the 'lift the rug and bang it outside and sweep up all the gunk that has collected underneath it' bit that is left.

I have discovered that after HUTH, there is The Avengers in black and white on telly too - yippee! More time to procrastinate...

Off to hang up the washing and do the yukky rug sweep, then meal plan. Am considering returning to the MF 2 week eating and exercise programme that has served me well in the past, to coincide with dh being away...

:bdaycake: Party day has come! One very excited dd here! I need to pop to the shops whilst dh takes her to dance classes, as I do not think I have enough food to feed a dozen gannets...

    Best shake a tail feather...

Thank you MWC :D. Dd had a wonderful day. Elsa was wonderful and kept 13 girls entranced for 2 hours. It was lovely not to be doing all the entertainment myself - but at a cost of £250 it aint gonna happen every year, methinks!

Dd says is was the best party she has ever had. Result.

Today, dh has gone off to church but we are staying at home - dd's choice today. It will be a chilling out day for her. I plan to do a workout, plan meals for the next 4 days, get a wash done.

I asked dh how long he thought it would take me to have the downstairs all cluttered up again. He gave me 2 days, which I consider remarkably generous of him!

Got my workout done = sweaty mess. 2x: 10x 10 side hops + burpee; 5x 20 mountain climber + 20 crab kick; 10x pike jump + squat jump + 2 side leg lift. Just under 18 mins. Ooph.

Got two washes done and mostly dried.

Meal planned today (!) and tomorrow up to lunch! Have done day 1 of MF eating today:
    - 3 eggs + 100g cheese
    - soup (6veg) + chicken chunks in it
    - 1.5 salmon fillets in chilli sauce with plum toms, avocado, hm coleslaw with dressing, broc.
    - brazils as snack, and 150g cottage cheese before bed
(snuck in 3 grapes too !!!)
    ( a total of 12 veg!)

Tomorrow will be the same bfast, lunch + snack.

Mended a dolly dress for dd today, which made her v happy. And we pottered along building some lego stuff.

So, a fairly good couple of days at work; I feel less overwhelmed by it all. Tho that emotion ebbs and flows, it is useful to potter on so e days.

Dh goes away early Friday morning for 2 weeks. I have started eating better, with a view to losing some chub. Exercise is going well too. I'm hoping for minimal food shops while he's away and simple eating, ie possibly a tad repetitive! I may even manage to keep the downstairs tidy...:D

I have not done any Tilly Tidies this month and it is nice to see so few transactions going through my account - and plenty of pennies still in it. Then I can shuffle a lump over at the end of the month, and start all over again for Feb!

I really need to get my crafting mojo back. If I am to do the summer fairs with more than just 1 bunny on the table! 100 days from now takes me to April 30th (I think. I've been known to get muddled up before!) Will try to decide on a number for the challenge... 50? 40? Bunnies? Owls? Both labour intensive... Lavender bags less so. Hmmm. May start on lavender bags, to get a few items under my belt...

Dd dropped off for cheerleading, a walk up to aldee where I did not buy a lot! A couple of Easter goodies for dd fell into the basket - but they are gluten free, so i got them while I could! And a 1.7kg gammon joint. We had a small 700g one recently and they were for sale at £2.99. The big one was on offer at £3.49. So I got it! Then bumped into a mum from dd's school and got a lift home - nice!

    Managed a MF workout: 6x10/20:
1 Snatch grip deadlift sbag 72; 2 Goblet squat 8k 52; 3 upright row 8k KB 53; 4 SB bouncy hopper! hamstring curl 29; 5 DB pull over 5k 32; 6 SB hyperextension 56; 7 Barbell row sbag 54; 8 KB swing 8K 70. Twas rather tough - and I was supposed to do 8 lots for each one, not the 6 I did!!

MF eating is going well - I somehow gained 3.5lb between last weds and sat, then started MF on Sun and have now lost it all. Phew. Ooh, imagine the result if I keep it up...? :D

Finished an owl yesterday and started another, so shall do a bit more whilst HUTH is on and I can snuggle under the fleecy blanket.

Work is finished for the week - hooray!

    Tomorrow I may:
    - school run
    - pop to library
    - take bag to Sal Army as will have car
    - mooch round ch shops but be v selective
    - wash up
    - make shortbread
    - try more books on amzn trade in
    - start little pink owl #2
    - watch HUTH and the Avengers (whilst doing the above 4 tasks?)
    - do 60 mins school work (whilst NOT doing the above task!)
    - workout

Today I bought a present for dd's friend from a ch shop - a brand new craft set. Twas a veritable bargain! Then I started feeling like I was being stingy and cheap. Then I realised that I'm also making her 2 pretty owls. And I stopped feeling mean!

Dh leaves at 5am tomorrow to head east. Dd is helping by not going to sleep! Recently she's been fast asleep by 9. No chance today!

Did a good walk at lumchtime today, it took me 22 mins and added 2500 steps. Will do that one again.

An early start to the day - dh left at 4.50am and although he was super quiet, I was awake from 4.20 when his alarm went off. I did then doze until 6, and then went and zapped my coffee.

Have rethought today's plans: no car use and no spends is the aim, so I shall drop dd at school and then go to the library. Once home I'll potter on with the list. And try not to fall asleep at school run time!
