An absolutely manic day at work. Started off with running the GCSE mock listening tests. But I wasn't in the room I thought I was in and the teacher in ther (with 2 pupils) wasn't about to offer to move for me... Sigh. Soi had to decamp elsewhere and we were interrupted quite a lot. Sigh. But the kids were fabulous and tookit all in their stride.

Yep! What is it that Mr Murdoch does not want us to be noticing in the news this week? The NI border problems? The removal of the citizenship of a sex trafficked minor (female), the removal of the price cap while oil companies make record profits......, or that the bank we bailed out and had to endure years of 'austerity' for also making huge profits........ but not being able to eat fresh tomatoes at sub £1 in February is what is really annoying people?? Really?4/10/22One Year Mortgage Free Yay!

In the meantime I was trying to sort out all the niggly bits and pieces for the risk assessment, as well as teaching my classes...And I did it! Got the risk assessment in to the right people. Taught to a reasonable standard. Ran two listening tests. And marked the listening papers too.😎 And I even had the opportunity to go and chat to the reception teacher and 2 of the teachers coming to France.I am glad it is the weekend!NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!4

Nice catching up with you whilst i can't sleepMade it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!1 -
Back to no added sugar. I can't/don't seem able to do 'a bit'!! I didn't think I felt any better/ different after doing this in Jan, but then I've felt rubbish in Feb with eating whatever I wanted. I'm a tad late for a Lenten commitment, but the 1st of the month is a good enough time to start.I've drafted my resignation letter 😎.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!3

I too would love to see the reaction to your resignation later. Do you think we have enough time to set up some CCTV? XD"You won't bloom until you're planted" - Graffiti spotted in Newcastle.
