Thanks Al, you made me smirk (no idea what the smilies would be for that). I have no answers...Dh has got us about £160 back from the gas/leccy people. We're still in credit by a bit and he reckons that with the money coming in Sept, we'll be fine over the winter. We're still paying more than we're using, as we're not using much gas, which is the unit price that was up about 75% I think.Pip is needing tomorrow off. Dh is out working. My lot are still doing exams and I wasn't down for any invig tomorrow, so have asked to be allowed not to be at work and to be with pip. Request granted. I was probably up myself when I was on SLT, though it was kind of accidental me being there.

I think I need to start recording my sleep/waking in the night. Last night wasn't helped at all by dh being snotty and snoring and restless and coughing. Nevertheless, me being awake from 12.10 through to about 1.40 or so ,is not solely due to that. It's true that 'nothing good can happen between 12 and 5' situation with my thoughts, my heartbeat, my breathing,my anxiety... Ugh. And it's not due to the happy (or not so happy) pills. I was like this before.There is just so much to juggle some times. Like this weekend, getting to Mancunia through the strikes. And sch reports due tomorrow but my mark book is at school. So I had a very good session with my counsellor. And then went and did a very heavy session at the gym. I hope that will help me sleep Tonight.I have pottered on with reports and have done about half. The bliss of still having what I wrote years ago, so that I can just cut and paste and edit slightly. 😎. I'm taking pip out soon, but friend cancelled me (so relieved) so I can come home and do a few more reports and dh will collect pip.Tomorrow is take your child to work day. Dh works from home. Has anyone mentioned the 'M' word to you? Madly fluctuating hormones can have a lot to answer for. Headaches, palpitations, anxiety, interrupted sleep etc.
