I was in ballet schools as a child, and I loved the shows, even the rehearsals - it was only once every two years in ours, as opposed to the local "academy", and all the more special because of that! Your plan for you time sounds good. Brisk walk in different surrounds any good to you? Enjoy, in any case.2023: the year I get to buy a car3

Well, dc kinda thinks the day was rather a waste of time. Sigh. And they had no proper lunch break. Sigh. It's ok for kids who happily eat anything and anywhere. But for my one, with ARFID, it was pants. But we are home and bacon has been downed. It only lightly grazed the sides...And I'm up to nearly 17k steps. A morning walk that took me towards the centre, a £1 bag of crisps in c0sta and a chance to use their WiFi and have a read before a quick look in a ch shop - nowt to buy. Then back to the car for a possible 'lunch' that didn't happen. I did eat mine though! Followed by another walk that started off-road and went round to road, then a fully off road jaunt that I followed for about 15-20 mins then turned and headed back. (Next time I'll look stuff up on OS maps). It's been a lovely sunny day with a decided nip to the air. Perfect for walking 😁.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!5

Feeble weeble today.Glutenised myself yesterday. Sigh. So me and the bath were very close for several hours until I was purged!Very glad I don't have any commitments today - not at work, not a counselling day, don't particularly need any shopping. Just a phone call with big sis at some point when she's free.Just need to keep hydrated as I didn't drink anything last night, for fear of upsetting my tum.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!3

I know what it was f0xh0les - the ingredients were fine. But... obviously contaminated quite a lot for me to react that way. Half came up and half went down
And I'll not be so reckless again.
A good chance to catch up on all the pro bull riding I've recorded. It is totally stoooopid but awesome too...NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!2 -

I finally got dressed around 4pm, to go and do a little weeding and clear some gubbins to one side so that the sofa can be brought in through the back.Dh collected dc and I did their tea. At 5.30 we left to go to youth. 28 mins later, just as were arriving, they discover that they don't have their phone. No way can they go In without it. And mine's not acceptable. But, me going home to fetch it is. So off I duly trot, find it, and drive back. But I can't get anyone to answer the door for about 20 mins. Big sighs. However, I discovered that it's free parking on the road after 6.30, so will only need to loiter illegally for half an hour... And the mum I met up with a couple of weeks ago's child was also in there, and she was in McD with their other child, so I joined them for a natter. (But no food. Not that daft two days running...)Finally home about 8.30, and decidedly peckish.Ooph.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!4
