And wow, you did a lot of gardening!  Good stuff there :)

Emptied out some more pesky non-germinating potfuls this morning and repotted a couple of plants that are already growing.
Did a quick gym visit - I've tweaked my left hip joint. Did it first during the handstands part of a recent workout. Not on the actual handstand, but when re-setting my stance for another handstand. And since then, it has tweaked at me a few times just when walking along, pesky thing. So today I went and did a 30 min incline walk (@10% ish), and then tried skipping. Not a good idea, so I stopped. Took some ibu when home, washed down with a good strong coffee for good measure.
2 bags of garden waste found a new home at the tip.
Dc's hair is now a stronger shade of blue. Mine got slathered in pink. Boy, was it a strong pink on my head! Like dark fuchsia pink!!! But it mostly washed out and is more subtle now. Phew. And dc also cut my hair a bit!
We popped over to return some bks to dc's friend. And came away with 4 more!
Overall, my dc is much happier and more peaceful than of late. 'of late' meaning the last few years, really. Yep, still has huuuge anxiety issues, but is currently on a fairly even keep. Long may it last.

The paddling pool is inflated and has some water in it ready for tomorrow. It sits on a slight slope, so takes more bucketfuls to fill to a useable level.

Wishing we had a paddling pool right now! Tempted to go and sit by a river today.

DC hair sounds fabulous and good to hear they are feeling more settled and happy.

The book sounds very interesting!  And ooh, skateboarding - isn't it part of the Olympics for the first time?  And three world class British athletes in it?  Aged 12, 13 and 14!!!

You are right, karma, about those skateboarders. And it being an Olympic sport. We randomly came across the skateboarding nationals on channel 64 around Easter and recorded it. And those girl skaters were there too!

Liddle has been visited this morning, and two f+v boxes acquired:
    450g blueberries
    24 potatoes of varying sizes
    17 satsumas or similar
    10 bananas
8 aubergines (hmmm, need tasty ideas as not a great fan. If only f0xh0les lived nearer...)
    6carrots
    5 mini peppers
    2 lemons
    2 pears
    2 big gem style lettuces
    2smallish Swede
    2 nectarines
    2 onions
    1 tomato

    Not too shabby!!!

You would be my favourite neightbour apple, you would, you would, you would! :D
We had a miso noodle salad yesterday with fried aubergine slices, it was Delicioso  - as Dora would say.
Still have 2 left which is enough for a fatteh (garlic tahini yogurt sauce, with pomegranate molasses, pomegranate seeds, fried pitta slices layered with aubergine slices - divine!).
It is also nice on a bbq if you make a maple syrup and harissa marinade to paint on thin slices.  Crisps up like a slice of bacon  and becomes chewy.  Magic stuff.
