Week 9/12

Health: my really achey hands continued but are improving, phew. Headspace, reading, quiet times, counselling all done. 5 lots of exercise.

Wealth: still hardly spending - the sock haul was a good'un and much needed. Will go back this week for some other needed stuff. Money earned from moderating and marking, although not in my account for a while - have to hit the 90% complete mark to trigger payment.

Life well lived: a brilliant weekend where the buses were on our side. Good family times. Dh and I work well as a team, freeing each other up to do things (usually things to earn us some pennies ).

A lovely sunny day, and I am grateful to be alive and safe.

The house all completed yesterday :j So now we have the pennies to buy the plan for mum's care. Phew.

School run, washing, counsellor, food shopping, lunch and then I can sit down to do some work. I will have about 3 hours to complete my list...

1 ruby wedding bash to attend Done - awesome!
1 dentist appointment to keep - Done - all clear
3 counselling appointments Done - now to pay the bill...
1 governor meeting - Done
1 grandson due Delivered safely if a little urgently!

Mod and mar have been the priority this month. Mod could be finished if only I had been sent everything. Sigh. Mar is simpler and just needs time. I have done 187/295, so it looks like I won't be complete by the end of the week, but it was still a good target... I am nearing the middle of a large centre and will feel much better once I have done it - then just 3 smaller ones to do...

And once I have finished, I can move on to the bunnies - yay!

Back to the grindstone :rotfl:

Ow, ouch, OUCH!!

Whilst doing a ninja tuck jump (barefoot), my right big toe got 'left behind' and ended up in a most peculiar position. I quickly ascertained that it wasn't broken or dislocated. Fortunately dh was around, so peas were applied within nanoseconds, and I'm icing it every hour. Sigh.

No more ninja jumps for me, for a while... In fact, not much walking either...
