While Lilty's fitbit gets replaced with a sharp new one with a battery you mean!! ;)

I see your point ref DH but I would't have thought twice about eating that pre keto diet...minus the milk and wine.. ;) and I wouldn't have blamed it all all. It would have been the lurgified nursery ;) xx

Dh 'wondered' if the milk was not quite right, and would I check it. Now, I don't drink milk, so did the sniff test. It was well off!!!! And therefore, might have triggered his upset tum. But dd drank the same and has been absolutely fine... Guess he's of a more delicate disposition :rotfl:

He's offered to sleep in the spare room tonight, and given that he has not been in our bed since he made it, I may just take him up on the offer. Especially as he may have to take tomorrow off. (oooh, then he can 'do' dd and I don't have to rush my day pre + post work...). Must go and ask him...

I let dh sleep in the spare room - I'm generous like that - and I had the comfy bed. Bliss! Only up several times with dreams!

Today will involve only a little teaching (note to self: remember to do it!), a heap of finishing up paperwork for tomorrow's trip, remembering to gather all the bits for the trip from my room where I stuffed them after last time, submit our departmental budget, submit a cheque rec.

    Would like to:
    - go for a walk
    - do plenty of scanning

Not much really! It has the potential to be a boring day - I only ever get about 2 of these per year - or a manic one...

    Not a boring day.

    No walk
    No cheque rec
    Some scanning

However, all is ready for tomorrow. Now all I need to do it wake up at 4.45am - must be early enough to make and drink a good cup of coffee - and make enough to take one with too!

If we continue to pay what we pay on the mortgage, it will be clear in 47 months.

I want to aim for the end of 2018. 43 months. Hmmm, not such a big reduction as I thought!! May have to go back to my calculator shenanigans...

I am up! Had a dream that I was pottering around at 20 to 6, and then realised that I was supposed to be at school by that time and hadn't even put the coffee on... Needless to say I woke up. It was 3.56.

I am currently breakfasting and have a double dose of caffeine in a travel mug. lilty - 3 scrambled egg in oodles of butter and some slices of cheese. Downside is that I have to be careful how much water I drink when doing these trips as loo breaks are not always easy to come by! I tend to hardly drink at all until on the way home in tehe evening - not good!

Weather forecast is better than le Touquet 4 weeks ago when we had sudden heavy hailstorms!

Breakfast is finished. Best get dressed... Au revoir...

Hi Pearla! Thank you for all the pms. They are sooooooo good and useful and informative and simply wonderful! Thank you for taking the time to write them. I know I need to do more research and planning, but so etimes just getting through the day and getting dd to sleepis all I can do! My school fair is in 23 days and I feel ready for it, even if I don't make another thing between now and then.
:T that's fantastic news! I can't tell you the amount of times I spent a frantic 24 hours before a fair finally sitting down to make things! :rotfl:

PS. Glad they've been helpful. I think you always end up learning and improving things all the time, you already sound very ahead of the game to me so I'm sure you'll be fine. Can't wait to hear how it all goes!

I hear you on that getting through the day thing - I don't know how you do it all, I can barely feed myself after a day of work these days. :rotfl:

Pearla - I usually have tabs open for mus mag, z1ff1t, webuyb00ks, amazn, to find the best offer!

Yes, it is The Impressionists. Each time I watch it (on my 4th viewing this year) I discover more that is wonderful to watch. It gives the pupils a great overview of Monet and the Impressionist painters. Now we just need to switch into French to discuss it.
Ah ha, so it's quite an operation then - good thinking on the tabs! I shall set aside some time to do that properly soon.

Lucky you getting to watch lovely things for work, I'm in the wrong business clearly :rotfl: I may have to seek in out on dvd, I love a good period drama :D

And now I e caught up with the rest of your news... Hope you have a fabulous trip. I'm the same when it comes to drinking on trips, lol. Hope you survived ok. ;)

And hope you get better sleep tonight - my sleep has been wayward as well the last few nights, I'm a walking zombie today  but I really don't want to sleep on the sofa again tonight. :o Whenever we move I'm going to insist on a spare bedroom with actual bed!

PS Costko has started selling coconut flour if you ever go there? Not sure how cheap it is compared to others but I imagine it should be a bit better priced?

    Ugh.

Twas a tiring day, compounded by thr travel company booking us on a shuttle that made us an hour late getting back... Ah well, the kiddies had a good day...

    And the weather was lovely.

So now, back in Blighty. Not a brill night's sleep, tho I reckon I was asleep before dd. Just up several times. Dd was in with me and dh had the futon, which has resulted in his back hurting. The epsom salts arrived yesterday, so I'll ensure he has a bath in them tonight.

Today? Must wake dd soon for cheerleading, then do aldee, get dh's prescription. Grass needs mowing. Not a lot planned, as my brain has stopped functioning...
