Ugh, not a good night's sleep. I have been dreaming an awful lot recently, which involves a lot of talking and getting up to do things. Dh was extremely lucky not to have his hair cut with nail scissors the other night...
Weightloss: some, but a heck of a lot less than it was yesterday. Lesson learned- dried fruit and pancakes aren't helpful!
Dh has just left to catch the bus to church to do PA. Is he incapable of applying the '24hr rule'?! His reason? 'Someone has to do it.' He wouldn't expect anyone else to do it under the same conditions... AND he refused to take the car. AND he is on with someone else, and could - if necessary - leave the other person to do it alone.
He said that it was water that made him throw up. Yeah, right! Not the tinned fish, baked tato and toms for lunch. Not the smoothie. Not the white wine. Not the tea with milk in it. Nope. None of those. Twas the water...
Dd is still asleep. Or quiet at least. So I shall go and make soup for the week: onion, garlic, carrot, leek, potato, cumin and garam

Got coconut flour from HandB. Not cheap! DIdn't get online as some reviews said the product they bought wasn't flour, just finely ground coconut. Might buy next lot online but the price is ridiculous... THough the fat + protein + carb content are roughly equal... I still prefer to keep off grains completely and use ground almonds in the pancakes...
Cor, witter witter. 2 washes done - gee thanks dh - and I have to confess to using the (whispers) tumble drier as there is just no more drying surface space available. THanks rain.
Dd didn'[t want to go out to kids klub so she has done some mathletics, I've made those cookies for neighbours (batch made 8 large so I gave 6 and dd and I have had 1 each) , cut down an old ripped sheet with a view to making pillow protector thingies, and stuffed some bunny arms.
We now have Totally Spies to entertain us. TMNT was rather scary!
Don't worry Lilt - I'll not catch you up before the new fitbit arrives. Weekends are generally low on steps so you are safe!NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -
I usually use buywholefoodsonline (daren't hyperlink!!) as the quality is fab!! And they are local to here

So glad you are getting the use out of that cookie recipe. It is without a doubt the best one I've ever found especially considering it caters to intolerances. My family love them and when I tell them they are dairy free they are gobsmacked!!xx

Muggins here had forgotten that dh had removed the heating element from the tumble drier... So no further on with drying stuff!
His bed has its 3rd set of bedlinen since Friday... He put this last one on, with the incentive of staying up there to watch Columbo....Let's hope the chicken soup he bought stays down...NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -
Poor DH. Doesn't sound well at all

I will allow a certain level of sympathy, but do see what he kept putting down his neck - after feeling rough - in post #1382, para 4.
I rest my case!
I am keeeping away from him, as I am taking 32 kiddies to Boulogne on Tuesday... I do not want his lurgi.
And he smells weird.
So I'm taking dd up to the playground. Few more steps while lilty's fitbit charges...NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0
