Sorry, not sure how to add pics:(, will investigate further
You need to join the likes of photobucket, it doesn't cost anything and it's really easy to use. I only have an iPad now and did have a problem until I realised that there's an app from photobucket just for the iPad. There are other places that you can use but I'm not sure who they are0 -
Well yesterday I reached 1/5 of my target - 100 out of 500 items. All small items such as cards or sewn pocket tissue holders. I think I've sold at least half of them on my market stall, so stash out and cash in.
Hope the motivation keeps going for the remaining 4/5ths
Have a good day everyone!0 -

Well I still have not actually made anything to count towards my total since my last update but I am slowly getting there with my magazine pile. I managed to go through another 10 yesterday so the pile is slowly going down
I also completed another 5 pages of my inspiration book with the cuttings so its filling up nicely now - only another 18 pages until I can count it as a finished project towards my totalGiven the number of cuttings I still have and the amount of magazines still to go through I am sensing that I may well need more inspiration books by the end of the process
On the plus side I am now only getting the occasional magazine rather than the 8 each month I used to subscribe too

Hi all
Have added another hat to the collection.
I haven't given it to my student yet - this class tends to go a bit loopy when the weather is bad and we had snow yesterday morning so this would have sent them over the edge
I will hand it over tomorrow. When everything is finished I will take a photo of them all and give them a copy each. I won't be able to post it but it will be nice to see them all together.
Back to the marking now - don't think there will be any knitting for me tonight!Stash Busting Challenge waiting for inspiration:D :j0 -

I can see it now and its beautiful - it just so happens that I have found several boxes of crayons in my stash (think I was going to make some shaped crayons but tried and they were really hard to get out of the moulds without breaking so gave up!) so if it is ok with you I may be copying this idea for a picture for my craft roomMortgage - £2338.07 paid off Feb 2023 BTL 1 £51,089.10 £35789.36 paid off July 2025 BTL 2 £81,504.52 BTL 3 £77,497.020 -
wow the sheep hat is lovely, where did you find the pattern I would love to make one of these.0

Thank you
To be honest I just copied it from the picture on this blog
http://cascadeyarns.blogspot.co.uk/2011/02/60-quick-baby-knits-preview-sheep-hat.html
I just made a simple hat - the top part is just moss stitch and a sheep face shaped patch with separate ears. No offence to the author of the pattern - but it really is not difficult. Have a go. That's what I love about knitting, you can just rip it back if it doesn't look quite right.
The lad I gave it to was delighted - and it helped him to behave because I promised it to him at the end of the lesson!Stash Busting Challenge waiting for inspiration:D :j0
