The heart pom pom I bought last week from China arrived this morning, can't remember how much it was but I think it was about two or three pound and had free delivery. I've made about a dozen large pom poms for the rug that's going to go in our main bathroom, if it looks good I might make them for the shower rooms as well, anyone standing on them will be severely dealt with lol.0

I'm so glad I found this forum. I'd really like to join as my stash is getting so big it is spilling out of my craft room and taking over the landing! I have lots of half-finished projects as well as lots of new fabric/paper/beads etc etc. I will aim to complete 50 things as the first step.Stash busting challenge 2025: 0/100 £0/£100 Fashion on the ration 2025: 0/660

Busy over the last few days but have managed to make a romantic monstrosity with a wooden heart and some buttons ( I may need some guidance from Loopy Chriss!!)
I decorated a wooden heart with buttons and then stuck it on a piece of wood and wrote mine and my OH initials either side. I added some ribbon to hang it and some dangly beads underneath.
I plan to give it to my OH for Valentines day. It's a bit more girly than I intended and it I can't decide if it's horrific or so bad it's brilliant!:rotfl:
Anyhow it's one more item ticked off my list and I am sure it will look lovely in the downstairs loo!!Stashbusting 2019 - 230/3000 -
I seem to have started something with the buttons and wooden hearts!! I've finished the little one for my granddaughter, didn't take long as it wasn't that big. Might do the other 2 tomorrow and then see if I want to link them all together on a ribbon.
I've also had to add another project to the list: my daughter asked me to make a 'Just Married' bunting for her wedding in June. Luckily I've got a large stash of fabric she can choose from.

chirpycheap - you made me laugh
I'm so intrigued by your romantic monstrosity - any chance of a piccie then we can acclaim your crafting genius :T
Sorted out my craft papers yesterday - I now have a large pile that I will try to sell on Ebay or give to local charity. Got to get rid, I'll never use them all0 -
Hi everyone, nearly scared to read about what projects everyone is doing in case I am tempted!
Went to art / craft shop to buy watercolour paper for part of a present and resisted the strong urge to buy.
Made 4 more fresheners today so 11/52.
We'll done to everyone keep it up.0 -

Hello all. So pleased with the tablet case I did a shoulder bag to match. Kind of messenger bag style. Fits my music in for choir nights. Now I need to do a slip case for my phone. Very pleased as I spent nothing. If there is a load of tartan left I might do a tote bag too. :-)0

The bad news is I haven't even started getting stuff made using my stash of craft stuff.
The good news is that I managed to resist buying any more the other day when I was so tempted.
Has anyone here used craftsy tutorials please? If so are they good value for money? Or could I just get good free tutorials on YouTube or video jug or ehow?
Many thanks in advance.GE 36 *MFD may 2043
