Today's little makes (feeling tired today but am determined to push myself just a little bit) and both makes were made for us but have given me ideas for gifts too - 2 pics attached from facebook
The smaller frame cost less than £2 to make  and I think looks more expensive, so thrilled. The larger frame is not stuck down yet as I'm a couple of letters short, so until its finished I wont add to my signature but will add the smaller frame - yaay

I really love this thread and how supportive it is, thank you for making it such a great group :T and keep up the great work everyone - some stunning makes!!!
These are brilliant, I love the use of the letters and the frame is excellent. I agree with you on the thread it's really fun in here.
I've gone and made another bag, this one is for my other daughter and as I had a wee drop of the material left over I made one for each of her daughters, one aged 4 and one just coming up for 23 months.
There are a few people I know who would like one so I'll make them one first then I'll be brave and hand them out to people I don't know.0 -

Wow Kinski, you're really on a roll now with the bags!!! Addictive aren't they???!!! Well done xx
And Ziggy, I love the scrabble frame. My daughter had one for Christmas with hers and her OH name and their daughter and I thought then what a good idea.... it's finding the scrabble tiles though. I suppose I could trawl the charity shops for old games, but then I wouldn't be busting my stash though would I??!!!Keep Calm and Carry On Kondoing

Thank you and yes they're very addictive. Someone from my daughters work has seen the small bags I did for my granddaughter and she wants one for her granddaughter, luckily enough I've enough of that material left so I'll do one for her and I'll put something in about the morsbags.0 -

Ooooooo we've had a controlled explosion in part of the park across the road from us, something was taken from flats nearby and brought to the links where the army bomb squad set it of.

Hi all. Sorry I have been AWOL recently. It's been a bit manic in RL lately.
I have also fallen off the wagon for the umpteenth time and bought some fabric and some zips.
On the negative side I still have a huge stash of fabric to use not counting my new purchases
On the positive side I got 4 zips for £1 and I looked at some cotton fabric that looked like it was a remnant and asked for a metre of it-it was a fiver a metre and there was a metre and a half and he let me have it for a fiver, I also got a metre each of 2 different types of poly cotton for £2 a metre.
At the moment my head is full of ideas re. The fabric. Unfortunately my wash basket is full of washing too, and I still have 4 loads to do for someone else.
I decided to offer help to someone who is really struggling at the moment and I am in the process of doing loads of washing for her-I will have done 13 loads when I have done. She is also doing some of her own washing.. Bless her, I'm just doing all I can to help. I have been there this week sorting stuff out with her.
My washing will be sorted when I have finished hers.I am hoping to get some sewing done later in the week. Fingers crossed.
My hay fever/allergies was playing me up last night so I have had to resort to using my inhaler and antihistamines again.GE 36 *MFD may 2043

Was supposed to be running a workshop in the local craft shop, but they hadn't advertised it properly, so in the end I was sitting showing my DGD how to use the overlocker, (she is 6). She and another little girl made a bag each and I did a pillowcase bag for the Zimbabwe project.
Not what I had in mind, but never mind. It was a change.
Need to muster the energy to get my machines etc out of the car, but it's a bit far from the house at the moment, just hoping who ever is parked outside my house moves soon.
I have also been and bought more Fabric, because I have been asked to make some dress up Frozen outfits.
But that's the first fabric I have bought since January. Which for me is good. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
