My information from Aldi's Website doesn't say they accept VISA or MasterCard debit cards.

Aldi's in store signs doesn't state that they accept VISA or MasterCard debit cards.

So without testing at the till am I to assume that they will not accept VISA or MasterCard debit cards.

MY Santander Debit card and My HSBC debit cards just display the VISA symbol alone not the VISA Electron symbol. Neither do they have the symbols from Aldi's website or in store "We accept" signs.

Aldi's in store signs do not say they accept VISA or Mastercard Credit Cards in the same way and the only way to know with out asking is to discover this at the till in front of a queue of people that your Credit Card doesn't work.

Well they do accept Visa debit cards as used mine for ages in Aldi and Lidl to throw them in the mix too.

He has a point, what i linked to says they dont accept visa credit cards, it lists some debit cards eg maestro, delta, I know maestro is fazed out and thought delta was too.

You already know this. What is your problem ? If you really want to get your point across, Aldi are on Twitter and Facebook, they'll monitor those, they won't be monitoring MSE forums for complainers who don't quite understand their policies. Unlike the rest of us.

What does that have to do with ALDI? Poundland have obviously decide that their business model can support the charges levied by the credit card providers - ALDI England have decided theirs doesn't.

Aldi dont accept CC's or majority dont as its costs them.

They do accept visa debit cards, they just need to update the website.
