    This is getting very very complicated!! lol We only have one reading to take for electricity and one for gas. Will do a reading for the gas on the day I`m meant to, submitt it and wait and see what happens.

    Both mine have swapped and I am still getting this on my EDF account.


    As I previously stated, my electric went over on 4/11 and on 5/11 I got an email requesting my readings giving me from 5/11 - 11/11 to submit both even though my gas wouldn't swap until the 12th. HTH

    Just got in and I also have an email. Wondering if I have to submitt another one as I did this yesterday....anyone know?

    No, when I spoke to them earlier they said yesterdays was OK and to enter the gas readings on the date you`ve been given.

    Thanks, I decided to give them a quick ring and they said the reading I did was ok, and I could do the same with the gas even if I don`t get an email on the date.

    I`ll be glad when it`s all over and the bills are correct and I`ve got my refund.

    Am I hoping for too much. :)

    Same here...lets hope its this side of Christmas! I don`t see why they couldn`t have done them both on the same day!!!!
